[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] recon.xml files matching between MC and data analysis launches ?

Nacer, Ashley, et al.

I have built version sets for several of the recent analysis launches. 
They should now be available on the MCwrapper-bot gui. I have not 
checked that everything requested actually got built. Please let me know 
if anything is missing.
