[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] Analysis Task Force Reports

Hi all,

As recently discussed, it is expected that a significant portion of
the October Collaboration Meeting will be dedicated to reports from
the various analysis task forces which were organized at the beginning
of the summer.

In preparation for this, the task forces are requested to provide a
short (10-15 min) update on their status and progress at an upcoming
Production & Analysis Meeting.  The proposed schedule for these
reports is shown below:

* August 19: Vertex & Proton, Track Reconstruction, Photon Reconstruction
* August 26: Combinatorics, Photon Flux
* September 5: PID, Proton Reconstruction, Trigger Systematics
