Yes. What I thought the discussion was missing is that ROOT is shipping
with its own version. So regardless of whether that disappears from the
sysOS, it is already a private component of ROOT so it remains in our
dependencies, and also not our problem, since the ROOT team has to deal
with its replacement or not.
