[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch 2019-01 ver12: PrimeX

Dear Sasha,

You are right, the merging was not yet complete when I started ver13.
They will come available in a little while.

I noticed that the compton plugin writes out a large number of
histograms with large 2-D histograms (e.g. 1000x1000 float numbers in
one histogram = 4MB). This increases the memory footprint substantially.
If possible, I would try to cut back on large 2d histograms. You may
want to use root trees instead.

In addition, I would strongly recommend creating a directory 'compton'
and putting everything else in sub-directories: DeltaPhi, dTheta,
DeltaR...

Cheers,

Alex
