Thanks Alex,
Drew will reorganize the plugin for the next launch.
Cheers,
Sasha

Dear Sasha,
You are right, the merging was not yet complete when I started ver13. They will come available in a little while.
I noticed that the compton plugin writes out a large number of histograms with large 2-D histograms (e.g. 1000x1000 float numbers in one histogram = 4MB). This increases the memory footprint substantially. If possible, I would try to cut back on large 2d histograms. You may want to use root trees instead.
In addition, I would strongly recommend creating a directory 'compton' and putting everything else in sub-directories: DeltaPhi, dTheta,
DeltaR ...
Cheers,
Alex

Thanks Alex,
I don't see merged histogram files for all runs in
/work/halld/data_monitoring/RunPeriod-2019-01/mon_ver12/rootfiles
I guess that you are in the process of copying them to this dir
(just to make sure)
Cheers,
Sasha

Subject: Monitoring Launch 2019-01 ver12: PrimeX
Dear Colleagues,
We just completed a new monitoring launch over the 2019-01 PrimeX data set. We processed the first 5 files of each run in the run range 61321 - 61956, selected with the RCDB query "@is_primex_production and @status_approved". The data was processed with an updated halld_recon version (tag: offmon-2019_01-ver12). Unfortunately, I used a test config file by mistake, so that only the first 10k events of each file were processed. Please let me know if you need more data.
After the post-processing is completed, the monitoring plots can be found on the web pages:
https://halldweb.jlab.org/data_monitoring/Plot_Browser.html<https://halldweb.jlab.org/cgi-bin/data_monitoring/monitoring/plotBrowser.py>
https://halldweb.jlab.org/cgi-bin/data_monitoring/monitoring/runBrowser.py
https://halldweb.jlab.org/cgi-bin/data_monitoring/monitoring/versionBrowser.py
The merged histogram files can be found on the work disk at:
/work/halld/data_monitoring/RunPeriod-2019-01/mon_ver12/rootfiles/
The REST files, random trigger skims and several trees are saved on cache:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2019-01/ver12/REST/
Best regards,
Alex
