[Halld-offline] /work/halld is back, /work/halld3 did not move

Folks,

/work/halld is back in full operation on a new file server. All files 
that were on the old /work/halld were transferred to the new one. The 
size of the new partition is 399 TB. In particular, you can write to 
/work/halld now.

Turns out that /work/halld3 was not rolled into this new filesystem as I 
had expected. It is exactly as it was before the maintenance period, 
same file server, same files, no changes. The transfer will be done at 
some time in the not too distant future.
