[Halld-offline] default version set reverted: 4.45.0 -> 4.44.0

Folks,

I have reverted the default version set from 4.45.0 
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_4.45.0.xml> to 4.44.0 
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_4.44.0.xml> because of 
the broken version of hdgeant4 in 4.45.0. This change has been git 
pulled to JLab a few minutes ago.

If you need to use 4.45.0, then you can go back to it with

gxenv $HALLD_VERSIONS/version_4.45.0.xml

as usual.

Let me know if this causes problems. There is a risk of unintended 
consequences here.
