The new OSG submitter node, scosg20 is ready to handle workloads. Please 
transition any work on scog16 to scosg20 starting now.

Some Notes:

  * There is a new mailman mail list (osg-users at jlab.org) which has been
    set up to provide a channel for communications from jlab admins
    concerning OSG services and/or infrastructure including messages
    such as this one. Subscribe to OSG-Users here:

  * The scosg20 system is in a "closed beta" phase, so watch your
    initial workflows carefully.
  * The system itself is two-factored (same login as hallgw)
  * scosg20 does not mount lustre, group, and several other file systems.
  *

  * Once workflows are running on scosg20 scosg16 will be offlined; An
    email will be sent with the date for that later to osg-users. It is
    recommended however that as users move their workflows they cease
    running new jobs from scosg16 and copy off any necessary files in
    preparation for the shutdown

osg-users list and submits to the OSG
