[Halld-offline] group disk clean up

Dear Colleagues,

To make some space on the group disk, I backed up and deleted a few 
builds for halld_recon, hdgeant4 and halld_sim. These were mostly used 
by out-dated recon-compatible version sets that are no longer needed.

A full list of the packages can be found below. Please let me know if 
you experience any problems, they can be restored easily.
