[Halld-offline] group builds retirement

Dear Colleagues,

We just retired a few experimental builds on the group disk 
(/group/halld/Software/builds). This mainly concerns operating systems 
that are no longer or were never in use:

Wrong default compiler:
Linux_Alma9-x86_64-gcc11.3.1
Linux_Alma9-x86_64-gcc11.3.1-cntr

Very outdated:
Linux_CentOS6-x86_64-gcc4.9.2
Linux_RHEL6-x86_64-gcc4.9.2

Only used for testing:
Linux_CentOS8-x86_64-gcc8.5.0-cntr
Linux_Rocky8-x86_64-gcc8.5.0-cntr

The entire build tree for each of these operating systems was backed up 
on tape:

/cache/home/gluex/backups/releases/

Please let me know in case this poses a problem for your workflow. The 
builds can be easily brought back.
