[Halld-offline] Scheduled reboot of hallddb

Dear Colleagues,

Jlab Computing and Networking Infrastructure would like to reboot 
hallddb tomorrow evening during their monthly scheduled maintenance. In 
addition, they want to begin automatically rebooting it every monthly 
maintenance day, as they do for all other DB servers.

Unless there are any concerns, the initial reboot will be done by hand 
between 5 and 6 PM on Tuesday, March 19. Then, the monthly, automatic 
process will reboot it overnight on future maintenance days.

Please let us know if this poses a problem or any adjustments are needed 
by CoB today.
