[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch 2025-01 ver02

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed the first monitoring launch for the 2025-01 GlueX-II 
data set. We successfully reconstructed the first 5 files for 50 runs 
with the RCDB query "@is_dirc_production and status!=0".

The usual monitoring plots can be found on the new PlotBrowser page:
https://halldweb.jlab.org/PlotGrader/browser_dev.html

All merged histogram files can be found on the work disk at:
/work/halld/data_monitoring/RunPeriod-2025-01/mon_ver02/rootfiles/

The REST files, random trigger skims and several root trees are saved on 
cache:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2025-01/ver02/REST/
