[Halld-offsite] Mona new location

Hi Folks,
we try out a new location tonight. Mona on Jefferson Ave.
It is a Korean and Japanese restaurant. (Run by Koreans so stick to 
korean ;-) )
We start at 7pm , however our collaboration meeting will last till 8pm so me
and the rest of the Hall-D gang will be late of course.
