[Halld-offsite] new location second attempt

Dear offsiters,
it's time for exploring a new location. We will go to
Grandview Grill 155 State Park Dr. Hampton Va.
a Restaurant at the bay with beautiful view but
do not expect too much in terms of culinary extravagance

anybody who needs a ride I will leave jlab at 6:30pm from the
back of cebaf center (ouside of the cafeteria).
