[Halld-offsite] mexican in Phoebus

Dear offsiters,
the tapas bar in Phoboes has changed hands and has been converted into a 
mexican style restaurant.
It is now open and we have to check it out. So tonight we meet at "El 
Diablo Loco" at 6 E Mellen St, Hampton, VA 23663.
