[Halld-online] CTPV2 board labels ....

Hi Hai,
Thank you for your file, it was useful.
All 21 CTPV2 boards in my office are labeled.
And today I'm going to make their entries in Hall-D JInventory DB,
with Serial Numbers like CTPV2-xxx.
