[Halld-online] Hall D Network Fiber Specifications

Hi Elliott,
We procured total of 15 switches, which would leave us with three
switches for the
counting house and any other test setup. We also procured total of 9
terminal servers,
which will leave one terminal server for the counting house .
As you mentioned, we have not decided where to put the multimode fiber,
but I
think it would be best to land them close to or in the accelerator rack
(24 strands).
We need to have 1U fiber panels for these since they will provide enough
connection.
