[Halld-online] Updated Translation table

Hi All,

  I have just committed two changes to the Translation Table:

- Fixed the rocid's of ST/PS crates. These were set to 2 and 3 but should have been 94 and 95

-Fixed issue with FDC_Wires where P0 and P1 connectors were swapped since original verson of Fernando's spreadsheet.

This change should be immediately available from the MySQL  database. Folks using SQLite will need to update
their SQLite file (changes will be present in on that will be generated tomorrow morning.) See the following
