[Halld-online] [New Logentry] Cleanup of hdops home directory

About 200 files and directories were moved from the hdops home directory into a directory named "WILL_BE_DELETED" also in the home directory. (n.b. there is also a WILL_BE_DELETED directory on the desktop that serves the same purpose for files found there).

Many of these date back to Fall 2014 and do not appear to be in use. Some are more recent. A screencap showing the files and directories that were moved is attached. Everyone is encouraged to look and see if anything important is there and to copy such things to an appropriate account. As the name suggests, items in that directory will be deleted at a future date.
