[Halld-online] Other items in hdops home directory

Hi All,

  Here are a few other things in the hdops home directory that I either don’t know
what they are or if they are still useful. Please shed light on whatever you can.

Note that I have created a directory named “ATTIC” where we can move things that 
we don’t really want to delete, but it’s unclear when and if they will be used again.
