[Halld-online] copying to tape suspended

Hi All,

  As part of the maintenance of the Lustre system we have had to temporarily
disable copying files from the counting house to the /mss system. This should
not affect people much since they can’t access /mss either.

The change was made in the root account’s home directory on gluonraid1
and gluonraid2 (just in case I get hit by a bus and someone else needs
to restart it). There’s a README file there with some details.
