[Halld-online] [New Logentry] ROOT version changed to 6 on gluons

Updated the default sim-recon installation on the gluons to be current with master.
I also built the latest version of ROOT6 (6.06.08) and rebuilt JANA and sim-recon against
it. This means the default version of ROOT on the non-controls gluons (gluon40 and higher)
is now ROOT6.

If you have ROOT based programs, (particularly in the hoops or hdsys accounts) you will
likely need to log out and back in and then recompile them.

The old version of ROOT5 is still there as is the version of JANA built against it. Just the default
set by hdonline.cshc has changed.
