[Halld-online] Run config filenames

Hi,

Actually mode _m9 is a combination of long and short (short as well
as long can also be _short and _short_short depending on how you
compress data)

I have no objections renaming names, but it's probably not a good
idea to do it in the middle of the run (mode names can also be 
used in scripts accessing RCDB ). I will add  more descriptions
to the Shift Takers page.
