[Halld-online] Run config filenames

Hello Onliners,

I propose changing the trigger config filenames, eg FCAL_BCAL_PS_m9, to end in _long or _short instead of _m10 and _m9 because I foresee a time when none of us can remember what modes 10, 9, 7, 8 and 6 are.  (I could remember these for one surprising week about a year ago but not since).

Would it disturb your work if this was done soon, or do you need it to wait?

Sean is in control of the aliases in RCDB and can make something for @long_mode to identify these.
