[Halld-online] Guidance for monitoring plots

Hi All,

  Following up on the discussion at the run meeting this morning, I have added a button to RootSpy labeled
“Guidance” that will open a window containing guidance on the currently displayed graphic. The guidance
itself is extracted from the macro used to produce the plot. Please see an example here:

Detector experts are encouraged to enter guidance for macros related to their system in the occupancy_online
and highlevel_online plugins. If you would prefer to just e-mail me, I will make sure it gets in the right place.
