[Halld-online] VNC session move to gluon49

Hi All,

  Based on the conversation this morning at the run meeting and a suggestion from Beni I would like
like to ask those running VNC on gluon47 to start using gluon49 for this task. The former had been the
officially recommend place for this until now, but I have since started using it for critical monitoring
processes so a change is needed. Mea culpa on this.
