[Halld-online] [New Logentry] Production at 50 KHz rate

We have started taking data at a 50 kHz trigger rate. The trigger rate is consistent
with our previous measurements

bit 1:   FCAL & BCAL    42 kHz

bit 3:  BCAL   14 kHz (correlated with bit 1)

bit 4: PS  3.4 kHz   

Total rate: ~50 kHz

live time 98 %

data rate: 850 Mb/sec (no headers and time suppression for fadc250/125)
