[Halld-online] gluon EMU driver updates

  I made the driver updates to the CPUs below this afternoon,
however, the AMD machines (gluon40, 41, 42) all will now no longer boot.

  There seems to be something in the latest IB OFED distribution that is 
incompatible with the AMD BIOS. I will have to work with Paul next week
to get this resolved. This issue may be related to the problems gluon43
also had.

Until then those 3 machines will be offline.

Hi All,

  The recent upgrade to RHEL6.8 on the gluon nodes revealed an issue with the 10Gbit ethernet
drivers on the Mellonox cards configured for ethernet. An updated driver that fixes the issue has
been installed on gluonraid2 and will be installed on gluonraid1 this afternoon. The remaining 
nodes that use this (EMUs) will be upgraded tomorrow (Friday) afternoon. Please be sure to
secure any remote desktops or other work on the nodes below since they will need to be rebooted.

gluon48
gluon49 (if login fixed)
