[Halld-online] [EXTERNAL] Upgrade to RHEL9

Hi,

The following online servers are going to be upgraded to RHEL9 sometime
next week, probably on Monday:

gluon27

gluon28

gluon29

gluon30

gluon32
This obviously will involve rebooting these systems. Therefore, expect some
interruptions to the availability of these hosts. Also, if you have any
software that needs to be running on these machines, it will likely need to
be recompiled with the new compiler.
