[Halld-online] GlueX Software stack on RHEL9 gluons

Dear Colleagues,

I just rebuilt the entire GlueX software stack based on the latest 
release verision_7.3.0.xml on gluon150. It should be usable on all gluon 
machines that are running RHEL9. Simply source the environment with:

source /gluex/software/gluex_7.3.0_top/gluex_env_boot.csh

followed by

source /gluex/software/gluex_7.3.0_top/gluex_env_local.csh

Since we completed the upgrade of the official version set to root 
6.32.20 and c++std=20, the full suite could be compiled without any 
special instructions. It only has to be rebuilt with ET support before 
linking it to rootspy during the next run.
