[Halld-online] [EXTERNAL] Network switch changeout

Hi all,

JLAB networking group would like to upgrade the big Cisco switch in the
counting house with newer models. This may cause outages for some of our
DAQ, controls, and monitoring systems. The work is preliminarily scheduled
for Thursday, January 29 between 2pm and 5pm. Let me know if this would
interfere with important activities involving the computing in the Hall D
network so that we can reschedule this work.
