Hi All,

   Given the e-mail discussion last week, I have posted a draft of my 
contribution to the proceedings of INPC2013 to the DocDB. It can be 
found at the link below. Simon has already agreed to give it a careful 
read, but any other comments are certainly welcome. It is due on 
Wednesday so it would be great if any comments were sent by Tuesday 
afternoon.
