[Halld-physics] Quark Confinement and the Hadron Spectrum

There is another conference deadline looming. "Quark Confinement and the Hadron Spectrum" will take place September 8-12 at St. Petersburg State University, Russia. The abstract deadline is June 25, Wednesday of next week.
