[Halld-physics] Quark Confinement and the Hadron Spectrum

Hi Volker,

I should also mention that I was invited to give a plenary talk on  
"Light meson spectroscopy and GlueX program at Jlab" at ConfXI. I 
initially accepted the invitation, however due to recent restrictions on 
DOE travel to Russia I was obliged to rescind my invitation.  I am sure 
that the organizers would welcome a suggestion for a substitute, as many 
of the American speakers are in the same situation as me. If anyone 
would like to take advantage of this opportunity, let me know so that 
appropriate arrangements can be made. Visas have to be obtained, so 
travel arrangements cannot be made at the last minute.
