[Halld-physics] Updated report for the Eta-pi-pi

Hi Aristeidis,

Thanks for the report. First it would be good to post your document on 
the portal for future reference. On the wiki it will get lost.

I have a question about the two photon reconstruction. Are you using 
this in the BDT? (I don't see it). This should help out considerably 
since the resolution should be much better than that from missing mass.
