[Halld-physics] Status of the Start Counter

GlueX-ers,

The Start Counter has been successfully mounted to the commissioning target
and is fully cabled.  We currently are able to read out scaler values from
all 30 channels utilizing the discriminators installed in the hall.
 Everything appears to be functioning normally.  I have attached a picture
of the Start Counter in its current state for your viewing pleasure!

I would like to thank everyone involved for their time and efforts
pertaining to the success of the Start Counter installation and
commissioning.
