[Halld-physics] Abstract for PANIC2017

Dear colleagues,

I would like to submit the attached abstract to the Particles and Nuclei 
International Conference 2017 (PANIC2017). As discussed previously, this 
is an invited GlueX presentation, while Jane will go more into detail 
with her talk on beam asymmetries.

Corrections and suggestions are more than welcome. The deadline for 
contributions is already Sunday, April 30. My apologies for the late 
notice, we were waiting for a formal invitation.
