[Halld-physics] [New Logentry] Preliminary results for rho polarization analysis (2016-10)

The attached slides show preliminary results for the rho polarization analysis using all runs from offline monitoring ver02.

The event selection was taken over from the spring 2016 analysis. The window for the coherent peak was moved to [8.2, 8.8] GeV.

We can see a small, but non-zero polarization for low energies. However, there are visible systematic effects which distort the individual contributions from the para and perp runs. In particular, the phases of the observed modulations are very different.
