[Halld-physics] Abstracts for GlueX mini-symposium at DNP

Hi All,

As announced at the collaboration meeting there will be another GlueX mini-symposium at the DNP meeting in Pittsburgh on October 25-28.   The format will be similar to last year’s mini-symposium with an opening 30 minute talk, followed by contributed talks covering many analyses associated with GlueX and theoretical developments from JPAC, etc.

Like last year we would like to collect a list of the proposed abstracts ahead of the submission deadline so we can coordinate them within the collaboration.  Thus, if you are thinking of presenting at the mini-symposium, please prepare a title and abstract and upload it to the following wiki page https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/GlueX_DNP_2017 <https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/GlueX_DNP_2017>.  

As a reminder, the abstract deadline is June 30th (4 weeks from today).  So it would be good if we could get a first draft of the tentative titles and speakers by the next Physics WG meeting on June 12.
