[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch: 2018-01 ver10

Dear Colleagues,

We completed a monitoring launch over 2018-01. We processed 5 files of 
each run with the RCDB query "@is_2018production and status!=0". The 
usual monitoring plots can be found on the web pages:
