[Halld-physics] Reconstruction Launch: 2016-02 ver05

Dear Collaborators,

The latest full reconstruction launch over 2016-02 data (ver05) is 
finally complete. It took exactly 2 months, as it was competing on the 
JLab farm with monitoring and calibration runs for this year's data taking.

For this launch, we used exactly the same reconstruction software stack 
as for 2017-01 REST ver02. The number of valid runs decreased by about 
10% to 218 compared to previous launches. The omitted runs had problems 
in the calibration steps.

We will start a ReactionFilter launch over all files tomorrow 
(Wednesday) after the production & analysis meeting. Please let me know 
if you want to include a channel.

The histograms and efficiency trees can be found here:

A subfolder with merged histograms and trees is included in each folder.
