[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch 2018-08 ver07: low-energy running

Hi All,

FYI, for those looking at this low-energy dataset, pair spectrometer fluxes have been uploaded to CCDB and can be accessed following the instructions at https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/PS_acceptance_and_luminosity_determination#Instructions_for_obtaining_measured_fluxes_from_CCDB <https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/PS_acceptance_and_luminosity_determination#Instructions_for_obtaining_measured_fluxes_from_CCDB>.  The direct command to use on the ifarm is:

/group/halld/Software/hd_utilities/psflux/plot_flux_ccdb.py --begin-run 51384 --end-run 51457 --rcdb-query ‘@is_production'

Note: there is a scale factor applied to these PS fluxes to “blind” the normalization of the cross sections until we’re ready to directly compare them with the previous measurements.
