[Halld-physics] Physics Working Group Meeting: Tuesday, April 16 @ 11:15 am

Justin and others,

According to bylaws we will conduct a vote to submit after the presentation from the committee. 

It would be helpful to send around the final draft of the paper and complete supporting documentation prior to such a meeting so people can read and prepare to comment on the suitability for submission.

Ideally people should have more than one day to review the final draft and prepare for the presentation and vote.  It would be best if any significant issues were raised at the presentation/discussion prior to the final review by the collaboration.
