[Halld-physics] Reconstruction Launch 2019-01 ver01: DIRC Commissioning

Dear Colleagues,

The first full reconstruction launch of the DIRC commissioning data from 
Spring 2019 was fully processed. It includes the 118 runs. 99% of the 
~3.5k files could be reconstructed successfully.

We used the following halld_recon tag for this launch:

https://github.com/JeffersonLab/halld_recon/releases/tag/recon-2019_01-ver01

The REST files can be found on the cache disk:

/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2019-01/recon/ver01/REST/

We also produced histograms, efficiency trees and extracted the random 
triggers in this launch.//A subfolder with merged histograms and trees 
is included in each folder.
