[Halld-physics] Reconstruction and Analysis Launch 2018-08 ver02: batch01 and 02

Dear Collaborators,

We completed the first half of the first reconstruction launch of the 
2018-08 data ('Fall 2018'). It includes 241 runs, which we divided into 
2 run blocks. The first batch was reconstructed at NERSC, the second one 
here at Jefferson Lab. More information on the production can be found

The REST files are can be found on tape:

/mss/halld/RunPeriod-2018-08/recon/ver02/REST/

Due to their total size, they cannot be kept on the cache disk all at 
the same time. Extracted random triggers, histograms and trees can be 
found in the same location. A subfolder with merged histograms and trees 
is included. The results can also be inspected on the monitoring web-pages:

The second half of the data is processing on three sites in parallel 
(PSC, NERSC, JLab) and will be available within the next days.
