[Halld-physics] [EXTERNAL] REMINDER: Internal review deadline for APS April & GHP meetings is Jan. 2

Dear colleagues,

A brief reminder that if you plan to submit an abstract to the 2023 April APS or GHP meetings, you should upload it to DocDB and link it to the following wiki page by the end of tomorrow, Monday Jan. 2 for internal GlueX review and approval before it can be submitted:
https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/GlueX_April_APS/GHP_2023

If you are planning to submit an abstract but anticipate problems meeting this deadline, please let me know ASAP.
