[Halld-physics] [EXTERNAL] LAST CALL FOR APS April Meeting abstracts

Dear colleagues,

We've only had a handful of planned submissions to the April APS meeting, so I'm extending the deadline for internal review of abstracts to the end of Friday.
Please let me know ASAP if you are considering a submission.

Please note that both the April APS and GHP meetings have options for virtual attendance.


Abstract submission deadlines:

  *   April APS - January 9th
  *   GHP - January 20th

A brief reminder that if you plan to submit an abstract to the 2023 April APS or GHP meetings, you should upload it to DocDB and link it to the following wiki page by the end of tomorrow, Monday Jan. 2 for internal GlueX review and approval before it can be submitted:

If you are planning to submit an abstract but anticipate problems meeting this deadline, please let me know ASAP.
