[Halld-physics] [EXTERNAL] eta,pi0,p reconstruction efficiency

Follow-up on reconstruction efficiency of the simulation eta,pi0,p final
state discussed at today's amplitude analysis meeting, I looked back at the
Monte Carlo generator input file (genr8) for the trial sample I presented
today. If you read between the lines in the file below, you see that I
forced the 2gamma decays of both the eta and the pi0. So the 25% efficiency
is all reconstruction, none of it belongs in the eta branching fraction.
That was my memory misfiring.
