Dear colleagues,

we don’t have a talk request, let's cancel the Physics Working Group meeting today, November 19th.

=== PAC Proposals ===
In 2024, the deadline to submit proposals to the JLab Program Advisory Committee (PAC) for future experiments was May 1st.
Within GlueX we have several review periods and internal deadlines for proposals, that are asking for endorsement by the GlueX collaboration.
You can find examples (thanks, Naomi) for the timelines of this years proposals here: https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/PAC-related

That being said, we need about 120 days to go through the entire review and endorsement process.
Although the submission deadline for next years PAC53 is not yet announced, we would like to raise awareness for this process early.

If you are interested in submitting a proposal with endorsement of the GlueX collaboration, please send a NOTICE OF INTENTION latest by December 15th 2024 to the chair of the Collaboration Board (Naomi Jarvis, nsj at cmu.edu<mailto:nsj at cmu.edu>) and the GlueX Executive Board (Matt Shepherd mashephe at iu.edu<mailto:mashephe at iu.edu>, Justin Stevens jrsteven at jlab.org<mailto:jrsteven at jlab.org>, Eugene Chudakov gen at jlab.org<mailto:gen at jlab.org>), so we can plan ahead.
===================

We will have the Open Analysis Discussion session this afternoon, starting at 1pm in F326.
