[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch 2025-01 ver13

Hi All,
there are two runs where something did not go as planed.
132705 and 133564, both these runs have hardly any statistics in the 
root files (at least the histogram
I was looking at). However, both these runs are are over 1h long and 
have plenty of triggers.
